Fog stopped play, but the fun continued at Willingdon! ?️⛳

Unfortunately today’s event at Willingdon Golf Club had to be abandoned due to heavy fog after several course inspections this morning.

Not to be beaten by the weather, players took part in a GCQuad Nearest the Pin challenge while we waited for conditions to improve.

While heavy fog prevented play from commencing at Willingdon Golf Club, players took part in a GCQuad Nearest the Pin Challenge in the simulator. Each player had one warm-up shot followed by three competition shots, with the closest ball to the pin counting.
