Sussex Amateur Championship 2025 – Start Sheet Published

We are pleased to confirm the draw for the 2025 Sussex Amateur Championship, taking place at Cowdray Park Golf Club from Friday 4th to Sunday 6th July.

This year’s event attracted an extremely strong field, and as a result, entries were subject to a ballot and review of WHS records. We thank all players for entering and are delighted to share the confirmed start sheet and reserve list below.

Players are reminded that registration is required at least 30 minutes before your Round 1 tee time. Full player information, including local rules, scoring procedures, and catering arrangements, will be emailed and published on the Golf Genius event portal next week.

Practice Rounds:
Complimentary practice rounds are available to players in the confirmed field and those on the reserve list from 28 June to 1 July, after 3:00 PM.
Practice rounds must be booked directly with the Cowdray Park Pro Shop on 01730 813599 (Option 1).
Outside these hours, the County Card rate of £75 applies.

Reserve List:
The following players have been placed on the reserve list and may be called into the championship field should spaces become available:

Wallbank, Charlie
Fullarton, Kade
Hall, Coby
Wood, Stuart
Lowrie, James
Leese, James

Reserves will be contacted directly by email if a place becomes available. If you no longer wish to remain on the reserve list, please contact Emma Whitlock. Players who remain on the reserve list and do not compete will be refunded after the event.
