Result: Sussex 4.5 – 7.5 Hampshire
This was our second fixture against Hampshire this year at the dyke golf club with Sunny skies and forceful winds. The opposition came out the gates strong making it 3-1 to them in the morning foursomes. Well done to Toby Graves (East Brighton) and Will Gibb (Nevill) for securing a point.
The afternoon singles presented very tight matches with Sussex managing to gain momentum in the early afternoon but ultimately fell short towards the end. Wins from Harvey Underwood (Dyke), Charlie Gilgenkrantz (West Hove) and Toby Graves (East Brighton) added to our total, But Hampshire took the overall result.
